The Brazil LAB has just published on its Nexo Public Policies platform the article “Five Novels to Understand Haiti” by Rodrigo C. Bulamah, Associated Researcher with NuCEC/Museu Nacional.
In the article, Bulamah recommends five fiction books written by Haitian authors, exponents of the country's global diaspora. He also highlights how these works can help us to rethink exoticizing representations, giving rise to new ways of understanding the present and imagining the future.
